9th Grade Application
The following application is for eighth grade students who did NOT take the TACHS examination.
Please download the application and follow the instructions given. Your parent/guardian should complete the top half of the application and the bottom half needs to be completed by your current school.
All applications will be reviewed as they are received and a decision will be mailed to the applicant.
