When a student enrolls in Cardinal Spellman High School, the parent(s) or guardian(s) assumes the responsibility of the timely payment of all tuition and fees.
- TUITION
- Bills for tuition and the General Fee (Fundraiser included) are sent monthly from Tuition Management Systems.
- Payments are due on the 10th of each month beginning in July and concluding in May.
- An additional enrollment fee of $52.00 is charged by the Tuition Management Systems.
- Late payment of tuition will incur a late fee of $30.00 per month in addition to other penalties. These penalties may include report cards being withheld; nonparticipation in school activities e.g. sports or clubs, trips, ring day, prom, graduation.
- If the delinquency of payments continues for more than 2 months, the student may be suspended from school until payments are made and the account is brought up to date.
- All late payments must be in Bank Check or Money Order. (NO CASH).
- Bills for tuition and the General Fee (Fundraiser included) are sent monthly from Tuition Management Systems.
- OTHER FEES
- Re-Registration, AP Exam and Graduation Fees, etc. are due at different times throughout the year and the parent(s)/guardian(s) will be notified by the Business Manager in the form of a letter.
- Fees for the prom, sports, ring payments, or school-sponsored trips and field trips, etc. are due on the date stated in the notice sent to those participants.
- Re-Registration, AP Exam and Graduation Fees, etc. are due at different times throughout the year and the parent(s)/guardian(s) will be notified by the Business Manager in the form of a letter.
